The Big August Getaway

More than any other time of year, August tends to bring the most support calls from people who don’t ususally deal with the company website, domain names, company email. This isn’t a problem until we start to ask questions that more often than not, can’t be answered for a numebr of reasons.

Your Name is at stake!

Domain names are very valuable and cannot be replaced or easily recovered, so if you have not renewed them after 30 days past expiry, they are very difficult and expensive to recover, as there is big money to be made ‘auctioning’ your domain back to you or to others including your competitors;
