Is It Time to Retire Old Browsers?

One of the biggest issues we face when designing websites these days is that of “Old Browsers” and how websites look and work. Currently the two most popular worldwide are, Internet Explorer – latest version IE8 was launched Spring 2009 – and Mozilla Firefox users should be on Firefox 3.6 (its totally free!)
