I like the simplicity though appears to be restricted to applications where line of sight is available.

Still, would appear to be significantly more exciting to use and technologcally more robust than those Jack-of-all-trade technologies, like the Google Wave... which - from what I could make out - one would need a PC, login, password, and a lot of patience to even wave with, let alone find anybody to wave to.

Would like to see a version sponsored by Heinz.

Your spin on mobile usage is very interesting. Thanks for bringing this up. So far I did not really think about this. What I like about Google Buzz is how photo-friendly it is. Being a photographer, I am always looking for ways to get more eyeballs for my photos. Buzz seams to be one of them. On my blog I even posted a video tutorial on how to setup Google Buzz for photographers: http://SmokingStrobes.com/buzz.
But seeing it under the aspect of mobile, I ask myself: how does my photo portfolio, distributed via buzz, look on a mobile. Unfortunately I don't have an android to or windows mobile device to try that out right away. But I think I will have a look into that soon.
Best regards,
Mihcael
