Hi Pat,

Windows 7 with Adobe should be fine to open the attachment, although I would check to make sure that the attachment ends with .pdf - if not, try renaming it to include this extension. Alternatively, it may end with .doc in which case your computer should recognise this as a Word document and open it with the correct software.

If you still can't access the document, I would suggest that you contact Cowslip Workshops on 01566 772654 or browse the listings on the Cowslip Workshops website at http://www.cowslipworkshops.co.uk.

Best regards

Jeremy

I have tried unsuccessfully to open the Cowslip Workshop programme delivered on 28th Dec. I have Windows 7, with Adobe etc, so it should not be a problem. This has never happened before. Should I have another programme with which to open the attachment?
Kind Regards,
Pat

Hi Fay,

Thanks for posting your comment. We’re actually the web developers behind the Cowslip Workshops’ website and we posted about Jo’s appearance on Channel 4 which we were delighted about. In response to your query, what I can tell you is that Cowslip Workshops’ contact details are:

Cowslip Workshops
Newhouse Farm
St.Stephens
Launceston
Cornwall
PL15 8JX

Tel: 01566 772654

With regards to the itinerary of things happening in the New Year, I would suggest that you take a look at their website which is at www.cowslipworkshops.co.uk and this has a comprehensive listing of classes and workshops that Jo is running in the first half of 2012, and this is regularly updated with new events.

I have also copied this email in to Cowslip Workshops, so the two of you have each other’s contact details, and I wish you all the very best for the New Year.

Best regards

Jeremy

Nice post Jeremy. You failed to mention that London has it's own micro climate which meens that you end up constantly sweating until you get acclimatized and also that when you arrive back home from London, blowing your nose results in a tissue full of soot.

Hope you and the team are all good, I'm sure you're all incredibly busy!

Thanks for keeping it real and putting Google in perspective.

Being a small business owner, I have been trying to grapple, yet again, with the wonders of keywords, adwords, link building, Panda etc. - only to find that, in my opinion, a very poorly designed website with over a 1,000 backlinks to websites purely designed to be backlinkers - ranks number one on google.co.uk for search terms that are key to my business.

I am feeling very depressed today, as I have been trying to develop good back links through personal contact, forums, blogs, article posting etc. which I thought were supposed to rank more highly with Google than just using a "content farm".

Ah well, rant over. Maybe I'll just optimise for "Bing" - never thought I would be recommending Microsoft.

Come on Steve Jobs - where is "isearch"?

Loved playing these! The Guinness ad is a true classic.

One of the most memorable 'sonic brand' sounds has to be the telephone (and now also the mouse for online) in the Direct Line ads - works great on radio too.
