We’ve now integrated the Gamma ticketing system into the BugWorld Experience website so that insect lovers around the world can pre-purchase tickets to see the UK’s only insectarium attraction.
The payment process is simple and easy to use and ensures that customers don’t have to leave the BugWorld website to buy tickets online. Sites that force their customers to leave to pay for purchases don’t do themselves any favours, and by keeping customers within the same site this reinforces confidence in the brand and encourages them to buy online.
The system fully integrates with their back office system, and allows multiple different types of tickets to be bought via the website.
