Global Business

Our intrepid Steve spent the day in Torquay yesterday, meeting a new client from North West England who was ‘in the area’ on business. The day went well, and despite the distance between our office and theirs we won the job. Fantastic news, but it again underlines the fact that with good communication you don’t have to choose an agency just because they are from your local area. You should be looking for an agency that perfectly matches your requirements.

Our client base represents this with overseas clients in the US, Canada, many countries throughout Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Mexico, and even as far away as Malaysia. Most of our work comes from within the UK though, and our UK clients are distributed across the length and breadth of the country.

Being in our idyllic location at the Southern end of the English Riviera – we’ve got beaches and everything – is superb, particularly in the summer, but it does have its drawbacks. One of these is that we have to travel a lot more than other companies further up the line, but to cope with this we’ve got robust systems in place allowing for remote working, partnerships with other agencies allowing us to hot desk in other parts of the country, people in various locations who are able to attend meetings on our behalf, and a great system of communication that many blue chip firms would be proud of.

You’re way too busy to be meeting your web agency very often. Indeed, if you need to they haven’t understood the brief. The long and the short of it is that with good, reliable communications, location is immaterial. It’s the quality of the work that makes the difference.

And let’s face it, regardless of your location, if you would like a meeting with us we can be in your office before the agency round the corner from you have had their first latte.

Be Slightly Different.
